This is a wonderful poster,

but for those indoctrinated early on in their churches synagogues and mosques the idea that animal lives do matter less is easily excused away with double-speak that would make George Orwell blush. It will take more than evocative posters of dejected animals to eradicate the harm done by dominion. It will take critical analysis of the damage to animals and the human spirit of a tradition which insists that some lives matter less.

This idea that some lives matter less has been reinforced and legitimized for 5000 years… and counting. It will not end until we acknowledge this influence:

Reverend Christopher Wenthe finds peace in violently taking an innocent life

A hunter displays his trophy and his dominion over the animals

When ALL lives matter…
The idea that human and animal lives are of equal worth, the principle  of ahimsa, has led to a culture where animal lives are protected and honored:

Co-founders WSOS India: Katrick Satyanarayan and Geeta Seshamani with a rescued bear….
